The position’s purpose is to support sales strategy, processes and performance through analysis of market, customer and branch data.Primary Duties/responsibilities: Maintain accurate and detailed analysis of the Branch's addressable market.Support Growth Manager in developing the 3 year growth strategy and action plan to deliver, including researching/ determining focus segments and customer targets.Support the Growth Manager by establishing and tracking sales metrics.Perform win/ loss analyses.Coordinate with other Sales Operations Specialists to share learnings and with National Accounts & other branches.Track and enforce SalesForce usage, develop templates for territory & account planning.Project manage marketing campaigns within the branch (e.g., ensuring follow up to trade show contacts) working closely with ESS Gulf Coast Marketing.
