We are seeking a full time maintenance & handyman position for our residential property manageent company on South Padre Island, Texas
This poisition is 32 to 40 hours per week, we can for sure do 40 if you want full time. Must agree to work 1 weekend day per week
Hours are generally 10 am to 6 pm.
Reimbursement for gas provided. Pay is $20/hour. Must have small amount of tools and vehicle. You will work on repairs on homes and condos we manage on the Island for our short term vacation rentals. South Padre Trips is a locally based company with a retail office location on the island.
Experience required, we do not train. Construction, handman, etc desired.
Apply in person at our office South Padre Trips between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm at 2600 Padre Blvd. ask for Cindy monday to friday. We are closed 12 noon to 1 pm for lunch, FYI.
This is full time, year round work it is not seasonal. We are a very established business. Pay is 1x per week on Wednesdays we do not pay cash, FYI.
