Background ChecksJob Skills / RequirementsThe applicant will be responsible for providing healthcare security services for a local hospital, protecting and serving patients, families, and employees and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. Must be able to successfully pass a full background check and undergo required training requirements to include: OC Spray Training, Taser Training, Tactical Training and Weapon Training.Required:o Education from a standard high school (Graduated or Proof of GED Certification)o At least 21 years of ageo Must possess a valid driver's licenseo Good moral and ethical character as determined by a pre-employment background investigationo Must not have been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment in a Federal or State prison or institution, nor arrested for a sufficient amount of misdemeanors to show disregard for the lawo 3 years security related experience with referenceso Excellent communications skillsverbal and writteno Willingness to react immediately to a potentially dangerous and physically demanding situationo Excellent teamwork skillso Weight must be proportionate to height physically fit and in good health, passing of PT Test will be necessaryo Confident in personal physical ability to intervene in a violent confrontation to protect otherso Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office softwareo Must be willing to work any shiftWORKING CONDITIONS:
