Job Description - Application Support Manager
APPLICATION SUPPORT MANAGER North Dallas, TX ICS is immediately hiring for an Application Support Manager with strong Business Analyst skills! The Application Support Manager will work as a liaison and champion between the business units and development teams, for a suite of internal and external facing applications. What You'll Do:- Build strong relationships with the IT/Development teams and business units
- Act as a champion for end users
- Gather requirements from end users regarding application performance, features, feedback etc and translate to development team
- Manage project initiatives for upcoming application migrations
- Bachelor's Degree in any STEM field preferred
- 8+ years of overall Technology experience across one or more of the following:
- Coding/Programming
- Application Support
- Project Management
- Product Management
- 4+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Experience in a smaller team environment, where multiple hats must be worn at times
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to "read between the lines " when gathering requirements
