About Our Family:
We are a warm, busy family with two young children (ages 3 and 3 months) and a friendly golden retriever, looking for a part-time house manager who can help lighten the load at home. One parent has a demanding career running a medical practice, while the other manages most of the day-to-day childcare and household flow, making consistency and reliability essential. Our family values kindness, professionalism, precision and clear communication.
With most childcare and deep cleaning already covered, this role centers on daily resets, organization, errands, and laundry—helping reduce the clutter and mental load along with providing an extra set of hands so our home feels peaceful, efficient and well-supported.
Who You Are:
You’re a trustworthy, proactive, and steady presence—someone who notices what needs attention, takes initiative thoughtfully, and keeps a household running smoothly. You thrive in organized, supportive roles and bring both warmth and professionalism to a family environment.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Is extremely punctual, reliable and deeply trustworthy.
Works well independently and anticipates needs without much oversight.
Maintains calm, steady energy in a busy household.
Is highly organized and enjoys creating and following systems.
Communicates clearly and respects family boundaries.
Adapts easily to changing routines, seasons and family transitions.
Feels comfortable in homes with children and pets.
Maintains a high standard of tidiness and attention to detail.
