Must be able to:
Read recipes.
Prepare biscuits, gravy, rolls
Roast turkey, pot roast, meatloaf, taco meat, beef stew
Make home made soups and prepare the vegetables of the week and day
Make and bake pies - apple, buttermilk, pecan, cherry, coconut & chocolate.
Make ranchero sauces.
All items to be made according to in house recipes.
Must have 4-5 yrs cooking experience and reliable references
Must work weekends and most holidays except Christmas & thanksgiving.
Hours - 5am to 1pm .

Operating hours: Monday - Friday 6:30-2pm
Sat - Sun 6:30 to 3pm.
