The Opportunity & Compensation:
Six-Figure Earning Potential: Top Counselors should earn six-figure incomes. We offer uncapped commission.
Compensation Potential: $60,000+ per year (No Cap Earning Potential)
Inside Sales Focus: You will be provided with leads via walk-in traffic and inbound calls.
Full-Time Role based at our Seaside Funeral Home location in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Your Role:
You will establish professional and caring relationships with client families, assisting them with funeral and memorial selections and helping them navigate this difficult time.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting professional presentations at our location, in homes, or at community events.
Providing tours and guidance to families visiting our cemetery and funeral home.
Developing new prospects through proactive efforts, external marketing, and community contacts.
Ensuring all paperwork and services meet state regulations and our high standards.
Attending services and conducting aftercare appointments to ensure satisfaction and obtain referrals.
What We Look For (Qualifications):
Proven track record of success in inside sales production strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college/degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Must possess or be able to obtain any required insurance license.
