Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile company bank accounts and financial statements
Process payroll for drivers and office staff
Prepare and file necessary tax documents
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and accounts
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in the trucking industry is a plus)
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
