About Us: We are a Privately Owned Company Headquartered in Sunnyvale, TX and is currently seeking to hire a Full Time Construction AIA Billing Specialist to work in our busy fast-paced office with full proper training. We provide Final Clean and Window Treatment Services in Texas.
Job Description:
AIA billing experience in the construction industry is a MUST. Skilled in handling AIA billing, change orders, lien wavers, billing for materials, labor and everything on the schedule of values. Job closing procedures, reviewing including contract reconciliation.
Qualifications/Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to work well with others as a team.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
5 + years of experience with AIA web billing portals: Procore, Textura, Coupa, GC Pay and other similar web billing portals.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in construction billing are a plus.
