I am looking to hire an individual experienced CPA for tax preparation matters for a small sub-chapter S corporation and individual tax return preparation. Will consider hiring on a retainer basis until all work is completed. Must have experience dealing and corresponding with the IRS. This might be of interest for an experienced CPA that is retired, but current and can use additional income.
