We’re growing a service-based business support project and are hiring one part-time Client Referral Coordinator in the dallas area. This position focuses on simple, friendly outreach with local small-business owners — helping identify their needs and connecting them to our internal fulfillment team. There’s no selling, no cold-calling, and no pressure involved.
What You’ll Do:
Start relaxed, friendly conversations with small-business owners (online or in-person)
Listen for challenges like repetitive admin tasks, slow follow-ups, or marketing gaps
Introduce interested business owners to our onboarding team
Stay lightly involved to ensure a smooth and supportive handoff
Compensation (Commission-Only):
Earn $800–$1,500+ per closed client
Flexible, part-time schedule — remote-friendly

You’re a Great Fit If You:
