We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to provide direct customer service to our industrial Rhino business unit; to process customer orders for material or merchandise which are received via online, telephone, email, post, direct customer contact, or Rhino employee.

Major responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

Processes orders and collects past due balances for customers who submit their orders for material or merchandise received by telephone, fax, or email for all Rhino business units.

Verifies accuracy of customer information including part numbers, customer account number, credit status, and shipping instructions.

Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and additional information as needed by the customer.

Emails confirmations to customers including the order confirmation number, dates and initials within twenty to thirty minutes of the time the order was initially received.

Processes returns for credit determination and claims with FedEx and other LTL freight companies as appropriate.

Processes multiple payment types including credit card payments and electronic check payments.

Prepares account statements, reports, and other records, as needed.

Processes credit applications and analyze payment discrepancies and resolves account issues with customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four years related direct customer service work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous work experience in direct customer service.

Two years computer experience in Windows environment software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Dynamics Great Plains, preferred.

Ability to prioritize projects, handles multiple tasks, work independently and as a team player, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
