We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Telephone Advertising Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and lead systems.
Sales & Negotiation: Pitch customized advertising proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, client interactions, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and ad delivery teams to refine sales messaging and ensure smooth campaign execution. Prefer “Mature” Candidate Semi-Retired - Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a sales representative, telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing sales role (3+ years - experience preferred).
Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer skills are essential.
