Small Realestate company seeking Spanish speaking translator for potential home buyers.
Our company is located in dallas texas and we are looking for a spanish speaking individual to answer calls from home.
This will entail speaking to potential buyers looking to view or properties for potential purchase.
The position will include but not limited to, answering calls from the hours of 9am-7pm virtually.
Answering questions regarding different aspects of the property and setting appointments to view the property with the client.
The position will offer a bonus for showing the property to the potential buyer and negotiating the close of the transaction.
The position will pay weekly and a bonus for every property that is sold.
The weekly pay is 500.00 to 750.00, with a bonus of 2,000.00 to 3,000.00 for each property sold.
