Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you'll be tasked with managing and maintaining client relationships as well as their network systems. You'll also be responsible for managing and maintaining desktop environments, initiating system updates, and hardware upgrades as necessary.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client relationships on a daily basis Supervise and maintain SMB TCP/IP network, including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi access, etc. Oversee and maintain Office365 and end-to-end email security Manage and maintain desktop environments, including MFC configurations, drive mapping, desktop printing, and scanning Initiate client system updates and hardware upgrades as needed Work independently and in a group setting, showing self-motivation and initiative Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management Stay updated with the latest VoIP technology for end-user deployment and management Requirements Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role Strong knowledge of Android Development Proficiency in Cisco Technologies Familiarity with Citrix Technologies Excellent understanding of Computer Hardware Familiarity with Dell Technologies Proficiency in Active Directory Experience with Apple Devices Knowledge of Backup Technologies Understanding of Configuration Management Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Good communication abilities Ability to work well in a team BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field would be a plus.
