Description We are seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to join our professional services client based in Dallas, Texas. As a Marketing Proposal Manager, you will be crucial in managing team efforts in preparing responses, submittals, and proposals. This role also involves managing sales and proposal reports and conducting other marketing activities related to specific targets or prospects as needed.Responsibilities: Manage the preparation of responses, submittals, and proposals for the team. Oversee sales and proposal reports. Conduct other marketing activities related to specific targets or prospects. Coordinate inputs and reviews for proposal development. Ensure compliance and resolve internal team issues. Provide process leadership in proposal strategy implementation. Utilize skills in areas such as budget processes, campaign planning, and technical writing. Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including RFP documents, RFP requirements, and RFP request for information. Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. Maintain schedules and organize resources for proposal developmentRequirements You could be a good fit for the role if you meet the following requirements:
6+ years of experience working in marketing in the AEC industry.
Experience managing the RFP and RFQ process.
Experience in technical writing.
