Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do "more with less," and rethink the way they deliver services.Work you'll do
Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks
Identify key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and propose solutions; identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and decision making
Select the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements; and contribute to continuous development of methods and tools
Independently own a work stream: review, and potentially direct the work of more junior staff
Develop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; and validate solutions to subject matter experts
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
6+ years of development experience utilizing .NET, .NET MVC 5.0, webAPI/RESTful services, ASP web forms, .Net framework, and writing use cases, and Object-Oriented Design and Programming
6+ years of experience with SQL development
Experience performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools for the project
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

Preferred
Certifications in system administration, system architecture, virtualization or cloud technologies preferred.
Experience with responsive web design (Bootstrap, LESS)
Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery etc.)
Experience using source version control system such SVN, CVS, GIT.
