- Review and analyze current business processes and system configuration to identify potential improvements
- Evaluate and recommend scripted optimizations/improvements by feature reconfiguration or customization as well as introducing other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
- Integrate and configure forms (master data and transactional)
- Create/maintain/update/terminate users, roles, permissions, partners, and associated accounts, ensuring proper access.
- Work with development team to provide technical support for the development and maintenance of existing and/or new customization in NetSuite.
- Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison for end users and NetSuite Support
- Design and troubleshoot workflows
- Development of tests, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needs
- Support end user requests to run reports, saved searches, custom dashboards
- Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track system performance
- Responsible for NetSuite data management, ensure the quality of account data, perform regular data audits, resolve data integrity and system security issues
- Gather needs from functional areas such as Finance, Operations, and Sales and convert into projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations, participate in on-going system training
- Establish strong working relationships with technical teams alongside a variety of technical resources, including offshore and remote team members.
- Build trusting and collaborative relationships within the cross-functional product teams that enhance strategic initiatives with internal and external partners.
- Assist in analysis and resolution of complex production support issues.
- Technical point of contact for all NetSuite issues, needs and support from the end user
- Ensure the Netsuite site is available and performing 24x7
- Create and maintain users, roles, permissions, centers and perform updates, integration and configurations
- Develop, test, document, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools, and new system functionality.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity
- Utilize NetSuite's native tools to create, integrate, and maintain high performing dashboards
- Translate a user-friendly, customizable, and accessible dashboard, provide on-going technical support for all members of the team.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
- Must have a client-focused attitude
- 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Must have experience with Suite Script 1.0, 2.0, and Suite Flow
- Fully competent in customer record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
