Find your future with us.Job DescriptionBoeing is looking for a Manager, Business Systems Analyst (Level K) for our business systems analysis team in Dallas, TX facility. The Manager will be an integral member of the Boeing Supply Chain Enablement team. Provides oversight and management of SAP including Level 2 support, User Acceptance Testing for all SAP change requests including large scale investment projects. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential SAP improvements.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX.Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees in support of Commercial Processes and Tools related to company operations supporting the Distribution Business.
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides functional management of SAP and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Provides oversight regarding processes and SAP related tools.
Manages, develops and motivates employees
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain Operations for Distribution
Experience in SAP Level 2 Support and Release Management
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
4+ years’ experience with SAP practices and processes
Ability to manage work through Scaled Agile framework and methodology.
