About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Proposal Writer/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will craft persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal documents, showcasing our expertise and unique value proposition. You will collaborate closely with our sales, operations, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure our proposals are both technically accurate and comprehensive. Key Responsibilities:  Write clear, compelling, and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests.  Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, technical precision, and alignment with client needs.  Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing effectively.  Assist in coordinating Q&A content pairing for proposal management tools.  Edit and proo proposals for consistency, grammar, and overall quality.  Maintain and update a library of proposal templates and standard content.  Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to proposal brainstorming sessions.
