Adecco is Now hiring for a Scanning Operator in the Dallas Tx 75209 area.Pay rate: $18Shift: 8- 5 pmJob Summary:The Scanning Operator / General File Clerk is responsible for scanning physical documents into electronic formats, managing electronic and physical filing systems, and ensuring the accuracy and security of all documents. This role involves both technical and clerical tasks to maintain organized and accessible records.Scanning Documents:
Operate high-speed scanners and other imaging equipment to digitize physical documents.
Ensure high-quality scans with attention to detail and accuracy.
Perform basic image editing and document enhancement as needed.
Organize and categorize electronic documents into appropriate folders or databases.
Maintain physical filing systems, including filing, retrieving, and archiving documents.
Implement and follow filing procedures to ensure efficient document storage and retrieval.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications.
Experience: Previous experience in document management, scanning, or clerical work is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours a day.
Capability to lift and carry documents or file boxes of moderate weight.
