ELE Senior Preboarding SpecialistWork you'll doThe Senior Preboarding Specialist facilitates a smooth and seamless preboarding process for all Deloitte pre-hires, including Experienced and Campus Full-Time employees and Interns. This role assumes responsibility for all preboarding activities once the Pre-hire has officially accepted their offer with Deloitte.Recruiting for this role ends on 27th August 2024Job Responsibilities:
Support Talent Acquisition by working with Recruiting and Recruiting Coordinators to take ownership of each Pre-hire in a timely fashion once they have accepted their offer of employment.
Act as a dependable, responsive point of contact for Pre-hires and other Talent stakeholders, while maintaining effective communications and follow-through.
Ensure all materials sent to the Pre-hires are accurate and that they understand their responsibilities, deadlines and location for their DLaunch session.
Resolve in a timely fashion any delays or obstacles in the preboarding process, including reminders to the Pre-hires and requesting any missing information. Support Pre-hires by communicating and answering questions to ensure a smooth preboarding experience through a case management system on a daily basis.
Utilize HR Systems to monitor and manage the preboarding process. Proactively review all preboarding tracking reports for discrepancies.
Escalate any case management issues or changes to a Pre-hire's start date.
Participate in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for Core Talent Services (CTS) ELE (Employee Life Events) and overall CTS.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of Human Resources experience or related experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Experience with Case Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment required
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume and deadline driven environment
Ability to identify issues and escalate accordingly
Ability to work with minimal direction
High degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$110,500.
