This is a hybrid position with 2 work from home days available after training. In this role, you will handle all GL accounting functions from journal entries, month end close duties, financial reporting/ analysis, and any additional ad hoc projects as needed. Advanced Excel skills and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required for this role. Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
Review and post journal entries, adjusting entries as needed.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Maintain and update accounting records and systems.
