We are hiring multiple positions for our brand-new café & established catering company inside of a professional office building.
Location
Addison (Beltline & Tollway)
Compensation
$16-$18/hr (based on experience)
Additional hours are available for catered events at $20-$25/hour
Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:00 or 8:00-4:00 (varies)
Off most weekends
CLOSED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS
Schedules can be flexible
Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Kitchen Cook kitchen staff who can:
Follow recipes and prepare hot meals, hors d’oeuvres and other food as needed.
Maintain recipe consistency & quality
Ensure proper food cook temps
Prepare food in a timely fashion in order to have food out on time
Pay careful attention to details to ensure the highest quality product reaches our customers.
Maintain a clean & sanitary work area
Lead other staff to assist in preparation of meals
Maintain par levels
Execute opening and closing procedures
Opportunities to advance in a higher position in the kitchen once proven or if qualified
Requirements
Kitchen experience is required
Must have reliable transportation
Stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 50 lbs
Valid Food Manager Certificate (we can help you obtain one if you do not have one)
