Ellerbe Fine Foods currently seeks experienced line cooks looking to join a quality, scratch, fine dining restaurant!
Line Chef Responsibilities:
Prepping and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Producing a consistent and proper product during service.
Breakdown of station and kitchen at end of service.
Follow instruction from the management team to ensure targets are met with labor and food costs.
Must be able to work weekends
4 shifts per week (4pm-close)
always off on Sunday and Monday
The ideal candidate:
Fine Dining Experience
Minimum 3 years hot line experience
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
