Locally owned and operated Outdoor Power Equipment Company seeking Full Time Team Member. We are located in South Fort Worth. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00-6:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 5:00.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
-In person and over the phone, greeting customers, answering questions, identifying parts or services needed for equipment
-Researching parts through our computer system and equipment schematics
-Must have excellent customer service skills and provide customer with the best experience, have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task and follow up
-Develop an understanding of the industry and maintain product knowledge
