Multiple shifts available. $19.00/hr + shift differential

This role prepares and produces our adhesive products, everything from making the boxes to working with our formulas blending and mixing raw materials to produce the adhesives. Compound, mix, and blend chemical batches into 35-ton Tanker. Read work order or formula to determine types and quantities of materials to weigh and procedure to be followed for manufacturing process.
Mixing, Batching, or compounding experience is highly preferred. If not if they have a very strong Manufacturing background and a stable job history.

Requirements
Compound /mix and melt chemicals into batches.
Must be able to read and follow formulas and monitor log times and temperatures.
Must be clean shaved. (Dusk Mask)
Standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing stairs, required for duration of shift.
Physically able to work 8 hrs. shifts.
Being able to work in a hot and dusty environment (safety PPE provided)
Able to lift 55 lbs. bags in a constant rhythm.
Must be able to wear required safety PPE at all times.
Forklift certified sit-down.
Possess minimum math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Speak, read, and write English (Bilingual)
