What You’ll Do
Bend, cut, bundle, and load reinforcing steel according to customer specifications
Operate fabrication equipment including shears, benders, saws, and overhead cranes
Use automated machines (e.g., Fabmatic) to cut and bend steel accurately
Load/unload materials and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support teammates as needed

What You Bring
Minimum Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Attributes
Strong work ethic, integrity, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work any shift, including overtime when needed
Willingness to work in noisy, hot/cold, or dusty conditions
Ability to perform some heavy lifting
Commitment to strict safety practices (this is a safety-sensitive position)
Ability to pass all required drug testing
