Job Description: Lead Generation Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of our company. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of methods to identify and research potential leads, including online research, social media platforms, business directories, and lead generation tools.

Lead Qualification:

Evaluate and qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., industry, company size, budget, decision-making authority) to ensure they are a good fit for our products/services.

Outbound Outreach:

Initiate contact with potential leads through phone calling and email campaigns for the sales team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure the effective handover of qualified leads, provide feedback on lead quality, and help refine the lead generation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles (1-3 years preferred).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

Familiarity with B2B lead generation and sales cycles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cold calling and email marketing,
