Large Company in Dallas is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join their team.
This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations across manufacturing and facilities environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding, and schematic reading. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and infrastructure
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics
Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to support equipment maintenance or facility improvements
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for accurate repairs
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management
Lead or supervise maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met
Assist with residential painting or other facility beautification projects when required
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from internal teams or clients
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
Work on ADCO and BOSCH equipment
Assemble and disassemble machinery and components
Handle general maintenance throughout the warehouse and office
Troubleshoot and repair as needed
Be mechanically inclined and operate as a hands-on maintenance manager

Pay Rate is $28.00
Shift Details:
Nine-hour shift
½-hour unpaid lunch
Two 15-minute paid breaks
Flexible start time — ideally 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or close to it)
