Job description:
We are looking for an Administrator Assistant to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members. For this role, you will work with a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Responsibilities
> Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
> Create and update workflows
> Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams
> Order office supplies as needed
> Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
> Track expenses
> Monitor project progress
Skills
> Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules a plus.
> Solid organization and time-management skills
> Spanish bilingual a plus
> Microsoft experience
> Sales marketing a plus
Willing to train the right candidate.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Based on experience
