Our company is looking for a Receptionist/Pricing and Products Assistant with a great personality and appearance. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, greeting customers/vendors and directing them to the appropriate person or department, introducing customers to sales personnel, keeping the showroom tidy and stocked, and entering orders for sales personnel. You will also help enter our product and pricing updates into our system, file, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Must be reliable and come to work regularly and on time.

Pay is $17hr.

THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION!

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and other communications.

Warmly greet clients and visitors as needed.

Help organize and maintain showroom in optimum appearance. Some light cleaning is required.

Maintain showroom supply inventory.

Maintain office equipment as needed.

Aid with client receptions/meetings as needed.

Data entry of product and pricing info into our flooring system, RFMS.

Submit pricing claims as needed.

Print and manage price tags for all displays for 2 locations.

Keeping up with display samples and order missing ones.

Assist with updating our customer price list in Excel.

Help decorate showroom for holidays.

Perform general administrative duties and assist others as needed.

Requirements:

Experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or related field.

Great personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to write clearly and help with order entry when necessary.

Good grammar and punctuation.

Ability to work well with limited supervision.

Good computer skills and must have some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and some Outlook preferred.

Excellent typing skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Deadline and detail oriented.

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.

Presentable business causal dress is a must!

Be punctual and reliable.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a Big Plus!

Must be able to pass a background check.

Be a Team Player.

Experience working in flooring/tile company or construction type company is a PLUS!
