We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors, and General Contractors all over Texas, especially in Grayson County, Denton County, Collin County, Hunt County, Parker County, Tarrant County, Dallas County, Kaufman County, Hood County, Johnson County, Ellis County, and surrounding areas.

- Lock Change
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Drywall
- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair
Requirements:
- Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
Payment:
-We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients
Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
