I need someone that has access to individuals with Section 8 vouchers that can refer tenants
for one bedroom apartment complex in Irving.
$500 referral fee per apartment is paid when rental contract is accepted by one of the local
Housing Authorities in the Dallas area.
This will not interfere with your current job and will not demand a lot of your time. I have someone on property that can show the units if you don’t want to.
I am the owner and manager but have moved out of the Dallas area to Kerrville which is over 6 hours away. I now need help with leasing to Section 8 tenants. I don’t take tenants without housing vouchers so you must have the ability to refer Section 8 tenants.
This apartment complex is very nice with no deferred maintenance.All units are totally redone. Central heat and air in each unit. Free washers and dryers in laundry room for tenants
