Teak Warehouse is a dynamic and growing company seeking qualified, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Distribution Center team. We ship premium outdoor furniture nationwide, partnering with top designers and leading shipping companies. Our warehouse processes 30–40+ orders per day, and we rely heavily on digital systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and world-class service.

Warehouse Associate responsibilities include picking & packing orders, maintain proper inventory control, processing customer pickups, and supporting the Teak Warehouse operation wherever needed. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Warehouse Associates help ensure every order is processed accurately, safely, and according to company standards.

Position Purpose Summary

Assists in promoting seamless processes of incoming and outgoing orders and products and helps ensure an efficient, safe, and accurate operation.

Essential Functions/Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Utilizes the company ERP and warehouse software systems to process all receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks accurately

Prepares and completes orders in the ERP/WMS for delivery or pickup according to schedule

Receives, transports and processes warehouse stock products

Perform inventory controls, cycle counts, and stock adjustments directly within the ERP, maintaining real-time data accuracy

Maintain high-quality standards for audits through proper digital documentation and adherence to process requirements

Keeps a clean and safe working environment, per OSHA and organization safety protocols, and optimizes space utilization

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inventory control protocols, using digital checklists to ensure compliance.

Reports any order, delivery, stock, shipment and/or quality discrepancies to Warehouse Manager.

Assists in ensuring products adhere to quality standards of organization.

Communicates effectively across departments to support operational efficiency and cooperates with supervisors/coworkers in all aspects related to the company and job functions

Operates and performs inspections and preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed/applicable

Complies with all organizational procedures, safety rules, technology usage policies, and quality service guidelines

Adheres to OSHA Safety protocols and undertakes all necessary trainings.

Performs other related activities as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

High school degree (preferred) or equivalent.

3 years proven working experience as warehouse worker (preferred).

Current forklift license (preferred)

Ability to Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English

Skills

Strong familiarity with modern warehousing practices and digital tools

Comfortable using technology, learning new software, and following required digital processes

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate data entry

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Motivated team player with a process-focused mindset

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Position requires ability to move stock up to 75 pounds

Working environment often involves excessive and/or continuous noise

Working environment often involves working around moving machinery/heavy equipment

Working environment is in a busy warehouse and often in close proximity to others

Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season and warehouse conditions

Position involves consistently moving around the warehouse to assist with inventory, orders, and deliveries

Hours/Compensation

40-hour work week

Monday – Friday

Day Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 Per Hour
