Job Description: Primary Skill: Catalytic (BPM)Secondary Skills: Alteryx and/or Ephesoft (OCR)Should have strong knowledge on Catalytic, Provide first line support for the processes, Understand the business processes in detail where required Apart from Catalytic, should have working knowledge on Ephesoft and Alteryx Require a 6+ years of experience resource with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Catalytic who can propose, develop and implement solutions. Requirement Gathering and Solution preparation. Product Installation and development. Support and maintenance activity. Willing to learn and work on new technologies like Anywhere Automation and RPA, PowerBI, Alteryx, Ephesoft, PowerApps etc Perform end to end Data validation. Record and try to solve issues that arise on processes that are in production Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required Communicating with product support team on software related issues, suggesting in case of any improvements and seeking advice from other users in the community Identifying the automation opportunities, Implementing the full life cycle of RPA solutions or related tools: which include identifying automation opportunities, gather requirements, implement, test and deploy targeted automation solutions Willing to work in 24x7 shift basis and also on Support and /or maintenance project
