Busy civil works construction company is looking for a working experienced asphalt and earthworks foremen for immediate employment in Lancaster, CA. Competitive California Salary.
Must have solid knowledge and experience as follows:
Must be able to lay out projects and manage equipment, materials and crews.
Must be able to read civil plans, specs, survey cut sheets and soils reports. Must be able to set own elevations using laser equipment. Must be able to do take offs on base, asphalt, lumber and other materials for placing orders. Must be able to adhere to estimated man hours and materials. Must be able to lay asphalt and how to operate some equipment or have knowledge of equipment. Must have clean driving record. Must have great communication skills and be able to organize and maintain daily jobsite records.
