Finishing Touches Remodeling, a family-owned company in Fort Worth, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are the leading remodeling company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area strictly dedicated to real estate investment rehabbing.
About Finishing Touches Remodeling
In business for over 25 years, we partner exclusively with real estate investors. Our projects focus on vacant, distressed properties, typically involving full, turn-key rehabs (roof to foundation) that range from four weeks to six months.
Project Managers oversee 10–15 projects concurrently and are responsible for maintaining quality of work, adhering to strict timelines, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Required Candidate Experience and Traits
Successful candidates must possess the following:
- Minimum of five (5) years of background experience in residential remodeling and construction.
- Experience in negotiating with subcontractors.
- Ability to give clear direction and hold contractors accountable.
- Basic knowledge of computer/tablet usage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and customer service driven.
- Willingness and openness to learn.
- Clean driving record.
- No drug usage.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Must be consistently on time daily.
- Must be well-groomed with no facial or visible neck tattoos.
- Must maintain professional conduct
