Pay: $60,000–$70,000/year + bonuses

D&D Freight Management LLC is a fast-growing trucking company (local + OTR) headquartered in North Dallas. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Driver Recruiter to help us hire company drivers, owner-operators, and internal office staff.
Responsibilities
Source CDL drivers & owner-operators
Post jobs on Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, Tenstreet, etc.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews & background checks
Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems
Weekly follow-ups with all applicants and new hires
Collaborate with Safety & Compliance for onboarding
Recruit non-driving roles when needed
Maintain monthly recruiting goal of 8–10 hires
Requirements
1+ year experience in logistics/trucking
Strong communication and computer skills
Understanding of DOT regulations
Organized, reliable, self-driven
Ability to manage high-volume recruiting
