We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding of various finishing techniques. This role requires proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure high-quality finishes on products. The Finisher will play a crucial role in the assembly process, working closely with other team members to meet production goals. Note this is not a Warehouse Position.
Responsibilities
Perform finishing tasks on products, ensuring quality standards are met.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for sanding, painting, and polishing surfaces.
Assemble components as required, following detailed specifications and blueprints.
Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for materials handling.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Previous manufacturing setting is preferred.
Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of carpentry, machining, and millwork processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
