Join us as a Consultant, Logistics Operations on our Global Fulfillment and Logistics team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveThe candidate will manage regional operations in El Paso region for Dell Americas Operations within the Global Fulfilment Logistics and Trade organization. The responsibilities include comprehensive management of all fulfilment activities, 3PL warehouse operations, cross border operations, enablement programs, strategic project management, and use of data-based metrics. Further data analysis will also be required to identify strategic goals within the Dell supply chain. Other responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve the supply chain, assisting with escalation resolution, taking active role in cross functional projects, and coordination with inbound and outbound transportation. The role includes capturing, reviewing, and analyzing performance goals/metrics to improve operationally efficiency, quality, and freight cost and participating in quarterly business reviews with providers. In addition, the responsibilities include working cross-functionally with internal & external partners to ensure regional strategies are followed.You will:Lead the operations of our largest hub of warehouses and operations
Gain high level understanding of Dell operations to drive customer experience
Work within inbound and outbound team to ensure shipment goals are met
Demonstrate flexibility in approach to insure alignment with changing business landscape
Be active participant in strategic initiatives that identify and mitigate business risks to ensure continuity of supply or improve efficiency
Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders and drive solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Participate in cross-functional core teams and lead the efforts to drive influence across the inbound supply chain.
Attend business reviews with supplier partners and assist in driving initiatives and network optimization opportunities.

B.S. in Supply Chain or similar is preferred or 10+ years of relevant education and experience.
Be highly functional in an ambiguous environment
Demonstrated tactical and business acumen skills.
Strength in the core competencies of organizational agility.
Command and presentation skills are critical.
Familiarity with Oracle, Tableau, Power BI and MS Office Suite is required.
Desirable RequirementsAdvanced analytic skills will be helpful in the role.
