We are currently hiring dependable, motivated individuals in the El Paso area to join our window film installation crew. This role involves hands-on, physical work installing specialty window film systems on residential and commercial glass.
The majority of work is local to El Paso. Occasional out-of-town travel may be required, but travel is not constant.
What You’ll Be Doing
Installing window film with attention to detail and quality
Working with ladders, hand tools, and cutting equipment
Assisting lead installers on job sites
Preparing glass surfaces and materials for installation
Maintaining clean, organized, and professional work areas
Traveling with the crew for select projects when needed
Following established installation and safety procedures
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Clean background required; background check will be conducted
No felony convictions (will not pass background check)
Reliable transportation in the El Paso area
Physically capable of standing, lifting materials, and working on ladders
Able to work well in a team environment and follow direction
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Experience in window film, window tint, construction, glass, or skilled trades is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay $16 per hour, with potential to earn more based on experience, performance, and eagerness to learn
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance
Paid travel time when applicable
