Position Overview

As a Noble Representative, you will be the face of our company. You’ll connect with customers in person, by phone, or online — guiding them through available programs and Spectrum plans with honesty, care, and knowledge. Your goal isn’t to push a sale, but to provide clarity and confidence to every customer you assist.

Compensation

$10/hour base pay

Plus commissions for every qualified service activated

(Internet, Phone Lines, TV, and Accessories)

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in understanding Spectrum’s available services and programs

Guide customers through sign-up or transfer processes for internet, mobile, home phone, and TV

Listen to customer needs to recommend the right plan — not just the most expensive one

Educate customers with accurate, clear information

Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive environment

Commit to a consistent schedule and be punctual

Maintain store cleanliness and organization (cleaning displays, counters, and common areas)

Lift up to 15 pounds as needed for inventory or displays

Follow company policies and Spectrum Authorized Retailer guidelines

Work well with teammates and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Customer service or retail experience is a plus

Reliable, positive, and professional attitude

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Availability on weekends

Ability to stand for extended periods during shift
