About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and restore finished products to meet company quality and performance standards. This role works closely with Test Technicians and follows diagnostic reports and detailed repair procedures to ensure every product is released in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial analysis on units to identify defects, faults, or performance issues
Repair faults in finished products based on diagnostic findings and guidelines
Document all repairs, including root causes, corrective actions, and parts replaced
Verify product functionality after repairs to ensure compliance with quality standards
Report recurring or complex issues to test technicians or supervisors
Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines
Meet daily productivity and quality goals
Maintain clean, organized work processes and adhere to repair instructions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
1+ year of experience in Mechatronics (2 years preferred)
Familiarity with ESD standards: NOM-022-STPS-2008 / ANSI-ESD S20.20:2014
Understanding of RBA / SA8000:2014 compliance
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities
Skills & Competencies
Proficient with voltmeters and electronic measurement tools
Soldering and heat gun operation
Electronic component repair and rework
Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
