Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a professional to join a large Trucking financial services company in North Fort Worth on their Client Services team. This individual will primarily be responsible for 2 functions on the team, and communicating internally with multiple teams across the company. The first primary function will be working on credit disputes that come through the eOscar system from clients. You will be in charge of researching within the account to find the facts surrounding the dispute and returning the information into the eOcar system to be delivered to the clients. The second primary function will be account modification. This entails taking in change requests that come from other internal teams regarding client accounts. For example. updating addresses, making changes to the payment schedules, notating special cases, changing contact information etc. all within client accounts.
