Manage workload and priorities for external development vendors
Provide detailed project requirements and creative assets package to external development vendors for all lifecycle initiatives
Build heavily personalized and dynamic email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Configure all components of a campaign within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data filters, data extensions, templates, emails and automations
Perform rigorous testing on all campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy of internal and external work
Report on campaign performance and monitor for campaign issues
Requirements
Email Marketing SpecialistRequirements and General Skills -
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) or similar ESP
Experience managing external vendors
Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws
Detail oriented and strong communicator; ability to build relationships and manage projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
Spelling, grammar, prooing and editing skills.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
