Medical Office Receptionist – Urology Specialists – Full-Time, Days Fast-paced, high-volume clinic is looking for top skilled Medical Office Receptionist Work location: 1300 West Terrell Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104 Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm & Friday, 7:30am – 12:00pm Urology Specialists Department Highlights:

Here’s What You Need

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Six months Medical experience in a Clinic (strongly preferred)

Six months Business Office Customer Service experience (preferred)

Be an outgoing individual with a friendly attitude

Have strong attention to detail

Be able to multi-task front desk job responsibilities for a busy Family Practice/Internal Medicine Clinic

Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills

Have organizational and time management skills

Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism

Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Do

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Receptionist Process

Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately.

Schedules appointments according to office guideline.

Obtains accurate patient and insurance information, collecting copays and deductible amounts.

Conducts all functions associated with patient check-out including pricing services, collecting patient responsibility payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Performs other duties as assigned.
