In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise on complex business, financial or managerial issues within the business unit. This role often provides recommendations to business unit managers and leaders on tactical and strategic business issues.What Y ou W ill D o:

Lead financial analysis for NPI programs related the Oil & Gas Pressure Pumping business.

Provide business analysis support for the business as it relates to our products - value chain, sourcing, costing and investments.

Collaborate across business resources, operations, commercial and engineering teams to enable insights and financial support to SPM’s business.

Provide technical guidance and expertise.

Demonstrate knowledge of SPM’s businesses, products, suppliers, and customers

Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

What Y ou Have :

Education/Experience : This position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Business Acumen : Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Cost-Benefit Analysis : Knowledge of the principles and tools used in cost-benefit analysis; ability to analyze the purpose and scope of a producer, product, process, or project in terms of cost and benefits.

Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
