Description Management Resources is seeking an interim Director of Human Resources with the potential to go full time. This is 100% onsite in Frisco. The Interim Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of the HR function, aligning HR strategies and programs with our client’s business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage HR initiatives

Develop, align, and execute HR programs and initiatives that supports overall company objectives.

Partner with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and provide solutions to complex issues.

Assess organizational effectiveness and develop solutions to support business improvements.

Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps, and build and coordinate execution of a plan to address these using talent management tools and resources.

Participate in talent management initiatives to identify, assess, develop, engage, and reward high-performing and high-potential talent.

Bring data, measures, and analytics to influence decisions and guide prioritization of attention and investment of resources.

Coordinate staffing strategies and assist in the sourcing strategy and selection process for key roles.

Advise leaders on sensitive performance-related situations and their business implications.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including updating HR materials such as handbooks, policies, and procedures.

Handle employee relations issues, providing necessary support and advice to resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with experience in a leadership capacity.

Strong skills in managing employee relations and the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.

Knowledge of current HR practices, industry trends, and legal compliance requirements.

Strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions that align with business goals.

Experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee training, and legal compliance.
