Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Plano - 6110 West Parker Road, Plano, Texas 75093Work hours: Fulltime; Days, Mon - Fri 7:00 am – 3:30 pmBehavioral Health Seay Center Highlights:· Multidisciplinary team in a diverse work environment· Collaborative work environment· Great team· Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and very engaged leadership team· Fast Paced, 48 bed inpatient Adult and Adolescent Behavioral Health UnitsHere’s What You Need· High school diploma or equivalent· One year office experience· CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Upon Hire required And ACPI - Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 6 Months requiredo OR· CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 30 Days required And ACPI - Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 12 Months requiredWhat You Will Do· Responsible for supplies management, purchasing, mail distribution, filing correspondence or documents, faxing, copying, and telephone management with timely follow-up activities. Seeks appropriate resources for resolution. Performs data entry into databases and/or time and labor.· Greets and acknowledges walk in customers immediately. Provides appropriate and adequate resolution to meet customer service expectations. Promptly notifies others of quest arrivals.· Responsible for maintaining various department schedules, mail or visitor logs, or mailing lists. Provides additional administrative or clerical assistance for events or projects.· Uses various word processing software applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook to manage calendars, schedule meetings, process forms, produce standard reports and correspondence. May use specialty software applications specific to department.
